tranny replacement

my tranny is starting to go out and i was wondering about how much i can expect to pay get another tranny and have it put it. I have a 1991 eddie b 4x4. Just some ball park figures. thanks.

My friend bought a tranny from a junk yard with about 70k on it and had it installed all for around $1100. His is a 91 also.
