Not a problem, more of a question. When I'm toolin' around town,
I'm feeling like the truck should shift into fourth earlier than it does.
There's no shift "hesitation" where it jumps in RPM, or bad gas mileage,
no problem so to speak of... but it feels like it should shift earlier.
For example, I can be going at a steady clip (not accelerating) at 40 mph (ish), and
I'll still in third. Let off the gas slightly and it'll shift. This is constant, not
just some of the time. Of course, if I'm going a little faster or on the highway
it'll shift into fourth just fine.
Soooo... is this extended time in third normal?
