will a 91 transfer case from a 4 door fit in a 97 2door with sohc 4.0

91 Transfer case = BW1354
97 Transfer case = BW4405
They will physically swap, but the electronics are completely different.

The 91 t-case will bolt to your tranny and the rear driveshaft will bolt to it also, but you will need the front driveshaft off the 91.The electronics are different but there is a thread on converting the electric shift to a manual shift ,just do a search and you will find some info and pics.
