Transfer Case Shift Motor Question?

I have a '94 XLT w/ automatic transmission. I'm goin junk yard huntin for a transfer case shift motor for my truck, does anyone know what years of trucks use the same motor? I plan to buy within the next month or so, but I don't want to limit my search to just 94's if other years are using exactly the same motor. Thanks for your help.

The yard will have a Hollander Interchange book that will tell you. I put a 94 t-case motor on my 91, so I would think that would be the range of years to look for. Not sure what fits after 94.
