Well this isn't good I finally went out and got my transmission codes scanned p0733 and p0741. Ones for 3rd gear incorrect ratio ones for torque converter not doing its job. Or full on what forscan says open or shorted shift solenoid and torque converter slip greater than expected. Referb valve body and brand new separator plate, brand new fluid and filter about 200 miles ago. Honestly I'm lost I made sure those connections were tight on the valve body.

I can't exactly recall the previous discussion, but it's not getting any lockup at cruising speed?
You may be okay electronically, and still not have hydraulic integrity.
Remember the F57 converter is prone to wear at the piston hub.
Also the stator seal is another location that comes to mind.
It may be time to go in a little deeper.

Basically what it does is flashes the od off light at cruising speed(30-45) and then starts to shift a little rough more like a truck. I had a 2-3 flare but it seems to be gone. Probably when I did the vb, I still have overdrive but also at highway speeds it flashes the od off light. Truthfully I'm probably gonna drive this thing till it dies cause half of me wants to pull the motor too. Since I have a very slight rear main leak. Idk. I probably torched a band the last time I took this thing on a trip.(was starting to slip trying to go up hills)

That sounds similar to what mine would do. You have overdrive, I am asking about torque converter lock-up. I assume you have none since it is going into "limp home mode" (hard shifts).
Keep an eye on the fluid color....

Fluid color looks just as cherry red as when I changed the fluid. Yeah I think the torque converter isn't locking up. I checked the trannie temp to with forscan it wasn't getting warm. So I gotta dig deeper.
