Does anyone else get a light buildup / coating of transmission fluid on the top of their dipstick cap on the 6F50 transmission? I have a 2014 with the 3.5 NA. Back when I drained and refilled the trans, I noticed a small vent hole in the bottom of the cap, and I think that's how excess heat / vapor escapes from the transmission. It seems to cause a small buildup of fluid combined with dirt from driving on the top of the cap.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has observed the same phoenomenon.

Mine does the same. I've had fluid run down the front of the transmission too. Keep in mind the cap is also the vent for the transmission.
