transmission harness removal

Having problem removing harness solenoid
plug with bolt on transmission case 2005
Explorer. Seems that when trans was done
2003 the sealed it in any ideas how to get out ?

Take solenoid pack off of transmission and push connector up thru the case, Take your time it is easy to break.
