Transmission shifts in and out of O/D Sporadically

Hi,

Yesterday on a fresh start up, I noticed my transmission O/D light was flashing. Driving on the freeway it shifts in and out of O/D Sporadically??? The Speedometer jump from 0 to 90 MPH as well. I think my problem is electronic.

Any Suggestions...

Welcome to this forum! It sounds like the speed sensor. It's a good idea to have the code read just to make sure you aren't replacing a part for no reason.

The speed sensor should be on the rear axle, BUT may be on the transmission. It's not a hard part to replace.
