Tune-Up

I have a 1992 Explorer. Im trying to stay on top of all the regular maintenance to keep it on the road for a long time. Im wanting to do a complete tune-up on the truck. What all is included in a tune-up? Thanks.

check all fluid levels, change plugs, wires, dist. cap(if you have one) pcv valve, crankcase valve, just about any type of filter you have

if you have a haynes manual you should probably go out and buy the parts and do it yourself, much cheaper than paying a mechanic to do the same thing for over $100 shop labor isnt cheap
