U-Bolt Length after add-a-leaf?

Does any one know what the stock dimensions are for the rear u-bolts on a 98 AWD? Also what size is the nut? I went to install my add-a-leafs but when I measured the extra length on the u-bolt I discovered my u-bolts will be too short. With two leafs per side I am left with one thread on the u-bolt.
Otherwise I'll have to remove the u-bolt just to measure it. The ford place can not tell me the size and they have none in stock for me to measure!

I have a 97 V8 and had no problems with the add-a-leafs. You will have more than enough thread left over once the add-a-leafs are installed.

The Add-a-Leaf kit for the 98 has two leafs per side. I measured the thickness of the leaf and of both leafs together and I get 5/8th inch for both leafs together. I then measured the remaining length of the u-bolt excluding the tapered end and I get 11/16th inch. That leafs me with only 1/16th inch of thread left.
