Hey,
This past week I started to get high pitches squeak or squeal from the underside of my truck upon mid to heavy acceleration. i didn;t know what it could be so my dad suggested U-joints. I shot both U-joints with WD-40 and the squeak is gone. Do you think I need to replace mine or should i just keep using them as long as they don;t squeak? i have 122,000 miles on them and i have been offroading in sand several times (hopefully the sand didn;t get to them...)
let me know your opinion and if i do need to replace, is there any brand thats better then stock and is this something i can replace myself? Thanks!

You should just change them out, they are cheap and easy to do,and it sucks when they go out on the road, and could cause alot of damage:(

Hmmm, very interesting...Maybe it was when you burried your truck in the sand dune, or something like that ;) Yea, just change them out, pretty easy to do, and then ya dont have to worry about em.

Should i just stick stock back in or are there better ones?

Just make sure they are greaseable:D Go to autozone or advance auto parts they are cheap:D Grease your slip yoke while you have the driveshaft out:D

I keep seeing the word cheap here...does that mean like $20?? or less?
