U.S Wheels 15x8, 3.751 Backspacing -.19 Offset????

Hello first time caller, long time listener(search button fanatic)...
My ? to any and all is i have these rims -listed in the title- on 30" mastercrafts and since they where installed the front seems to be sticking out farther then the rear. Is this a common accurance or is something wrong? why whould it appear that the front ( while lookin from the front ) is sticking out further then the rear....looks wierd to me....

Yes, my 15X8s stuck out further than the rear. It just seems there is more of a difference because the fronts will stick out past the fender, while the rear will still be under it. Its normal.
