So I've been scouring the internet on how to update the navigation but can't find how. I ordered a new 13pa disc and will be here soon but nothing I found tells me how to go about inserting the new disc and ejecting the old one.

Can anyone assist me?

Here is a quick rundown:
- ensure system is on.
- press menu.
- press access nav dvd.
- select open.
( the display screen will open and the nav dvd will be ejected. Insert dvd, will automatically install and close screen)

Info is available in pdf. (google 2006 navigator supplement usa)

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you! Yeah my vehicle is missing the navigation booklet and the one I downloaded I did not see that in there.

Many thanks again, my truck is using version 2p.

So did my 06. Now I am running on 13p.

Anybody find a trusted place to get upgrade DVD?
I saw a post about a place here not too long ago (NaviDVD), $45 for 13P, but the original poster sounded like they might be the seller (?). When I asked about any personal experiences, no responses.

It's a crap shoot going to eBay, those are all just copies of the original DVD but according to feedback they still work fine.
