Updated tuner timing problems

Was wondering if anybody has had a problem with updating the sct x4. Car ran great i ****ed up and updated the device and never returned the car to stock and now it's pulling timing both cruising and wot. 4-8 degrees on 89 93 and e30 tunes. Also my octane numbers are all over the place and they never were like that before always stayed at 0.96. any help would be great. I data logged and sent it out and I'm waiting for results still.

I don't run a tune but there are many existing threads on the product you can find by with the 'Search' feature using sct x4
