vaccum line diagram for 98 sohc

hey guys, it's been a long time since i'v been on the site.

we just bought a 98 mountaineer 2wd 4.0l sohc.

the guy had the motor replaced.

when the truck is cold it starts up and jumps to 3500rpm with alot of bucking and sputtering, after it warms up it idles around 1300-1500rpm.

i'v found a couple of vaccum lines that are not connected along with a diaphram on the top of the intake (between the tubes, i think it's for the 'vis?').

anyways, i need to see if anybody has a vaccum line diagram for this. i'm trying to clear up the problems with the truck so the misses can drive it.

codes i have now are:
p0122 (i replaced the tps)
p1504 (i replaced the iac)
p0302
p0304
p0305
p0306

ill be changing the sparks plugs this weekend.

if anyone happens to have any other ideas to help me clear the trouble i would be greatly appreciatative.
