I just replaced front left rotor that was warped because of vibration at high speed and when braking. Now if I speed up to 75-80mph no vibration until you let off the gas. I have to let it slow down below 70mph before it stops and i can accelerate again without vibration. I can hear it towards the front and feel it in the steering wheel. I lifted the front and everything seems to be tight, no motion in the tire, tie rods arents loose. Beyond that I can't figure out what is causing the vibe. HELP!!

My first thought was you probably should have done both rotors and pads. Are the calipers working properly?

I did all four rotors and pads. Calipers are a year old give or take a month.

Jack up the vehicle spin the front wheels and see if both spin easy and the same. Then do the rear. If any wheel does not spin by hand you have a stuck caliper and or bad mounting bracket. Not saying that is the problem but worth checking. Also check y joints / cv joint they would cause a vibration if bad.

I solved a nagging vibration issue above 65 mph by road force balancing the tires. It was the best $110 I have spent to solve a persistent problem. It turned out that one of my tire/rim combos was out of balance enough to not allow a conventional tire balance to take fully. Road Force balancing will check the rim and tire integrity under load like they operate while in use. Then the tire deflated and spun on the rim to counteract any imbalance between the two. Even the location of the weights are targeted to be placed very specifically between the inner and outer edges. This process made my Mountaineer ride smooth as glass. I was so impressed I did the same for my 2007 Mustang and noticed a marked improvement in ride smoothness. Doing this will also tell if a rim and/or tire are too far out of spec and needs replaced or a rim needs repaired/replaced.

Also, an out of balance driveshaft can cause issues resulting from a bad u-joint etc.
