I am having a really weird issue when I try to upload a file into the truck to add to backgrounds.

When I use my work computer (HP with Windows 7 Professional) to create a file in the correct size and format it wont load. I get, "Import Fault Selected file not imported. Please ensure correct format."

If I save the same exact file on the same exact USB from my home computer (MAC). It uploads with zero issues.

Really not a big issue I'll just use the MAC from now on. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar issue or knew what might be causing it.

Current background: Baltimore Orioles Bird! Ready for baseball season.

can you create the file on your windows machine, and upload it to a sharing service and paste the link here so we can examine the file?

Also what software are you using (on both the windows and mac machines) to create/resize the image?

Sorry been MIA for a little while. Work has been crazy busy.

I can probably do that. I was getting most of them off of the links people were posting on here that they used. There is a thread somewhere with a bunch of wallpapers already set to size.

I used an online picture re-sizing website on the mac and the PC. Both the same files, the same website and same USB. PC file won't load, MAC file loads everytime.

Tried to resize using Paint and other basic software but it kept fighting me on the size.

Site that you used then? Something we can look at it to determine what your issue might be?

This is the site I used: http://www.picresize.com/

I tried some of these once I couldn't get the file to load from the PC:

This is the one I finally got to upload. Loaded it onto USB from PC and didn't work.
Tried on MAC when I got home, same process, same USB. Worked fine first try.

I'm sure it's user error, but I just thought it was interesting and wondered if anyone else had the same issue.
