Want to make sure nothings breaking

Allright yall, two questions..

When i let off the gas quickly the truck thumps pretty roughly. Is that normal or a bad thing?

Also, when i brake the truck shakes a little bit and it feels like you are going over bumps on the brake pad. My Uncle said it is just the old antilock brake system, is that true?

I have a 95 sport with the 4.0l ohc v6

It sounds like your rotors are warped
