Want tuner.. 99 5.0 into 01 Sport Trac

Looking for what tuner to purchase. Swapped 99 Explorer 5.0 into 01 Sport Trac. Swapped pats over, swapped g sensor over, all gauges and theft light, and rpm function as it should. I put new Torque Monsters in, removed rear cats as one was crushed. At the moment have rear o2 sensors zip tied out of the exhaust, and some bad ones with wires cut to fill the holes.
Looking for tuner to help engine overall with new exhaust and maybe a rear cat ignore program. Don’t recall seeing any codes related to cats. What is the programmer I need to purchase. I looked at the website of the fellow that does tunes in California, and it says his sct does not alter and emissions. I still have the front cats. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please.

What tuner do you have? Do I absolutely need a tuner to install a tune. Was looking for something I could actually program. Like looking at afr with wideband, and making adjustments. But for now just an uploadable tune might be fine for now without the handheld if possible.

for tuning you will need a wideband for it. the tuning program i have is a pro racer package from sct. i only have it because ive changed the truck a lot over time and was cheaper to go this route and not have to pay to re write a tune. a pro racer package allows you to make your own tune but you also must know a few things on how to do it (i dont, but a member on here does the tuning for me). once again, lasota racing can help you pick what will be your best option
