I had already posted this question in "Fit spring pack in Sport?", which I had started, but it will be more out in the open here.

I have a '98 Sport and am considering the OME spring pack in the rear and a b-code twist up front, but was wondering how these mods might affect the Ford warranty. Has anyone had experience with this? Will it void the warranty or might it actually be up the the Ford service department to decide? Thanks.

It can only void the warrenty on things it affects. IE if you broke a brake line they wouldn't have to cover that. If you broke a ring and pinion they would have to cover that UNLESS they could some how pull it out of their butt and PROVE that your changing the springs broke that ring and pinion. There is a law on this I belive but I don't know where it is. But thats the way it is supposed to work. If its related to the aftermarket part you put on then they don't have to warrenty it I think.
