I know...I know!! It's spelled SHACKLE!
OK...if we think of the shackle as the letter "H" I need the outside to outside measurements of the top of the "H".
I am trying to fit it to my ranger but have a problem. You know how the shackle goes on each side of the frame on the Explorer? Well on my truck it has a hanger that comes off the outside of the frame and the shackle goes in between the hangar and the frame. So... that's why I need the outside to outside meaasurements.
