When I add the 2" lift Warrior shackles do I need longer shocks?

I've been thinking about ditching the air adjust anyway.

It depends.

I just did torsion keys up front, and new leaves with the AAL plus Warriors.

The front needed to be changed. I put the Rancho's on for the 1-2" lift, but the rears, coilovers, were fine.

2" shackles add only 1" of lift, so your current shocks should be okay, just not optimal.

With just a shackle stock is fine. I did a TT, AAL and Shackles and put on the 1"-2.5" lift Ranchos.

thanks. i'll post up some pics when i do it. i've got to clean up and paint the wheels. then get the tires mounted first.

I have a 95 with the factory air ride.. I did the TT up front and an AAL in the back and now the air ride system is constantly trying to vent the shocks to get it to its programed ride height, thus the ride is incredibly rough. I plan to swap to conventional shocks but there are a couple of threads that talk about how to modify the factory sensor mountings to trick the system into being ok with the lift, ive read you can even get a bit more by making the mounts even longer.

I'm familiar with the air trigger. it's pretty simple really. it's just a bar that attaches and opens at a certain angle and closes at another.

change the position of the bar and voila.

here is a shot of what it looks like right now. i might only raise the front 1/2" if the back is only going to go up 1"

the tires rub only ever so slightly at full lock.

I can't figure out how to post a picture.

Here is is as it sits right now. I haven't done the shackles yet because i just picked up a leaf spring for the drivers side to eliminate the lean.
