Water Leak from Under Drivers Seat Area

Hello. When I first start me car there's a water leak from under the car in the area below the drivers seat. Its looks like water as its clear... I collected in in a cup. Happens every time when starting a cold car. Any ideas?07 Mountaineer V8. Thanks!

Off the top of my head I'm thinking condensation from the exhaust. Are there any exhaust leaks between the flange & the muffler, or the muffler itself?

I'm more inclined to think it's condensation from the AC evaporator. When the HVAC fan turns on, it blow the water out the drain. Is the AC evaporator clear of debris?
