Weird clicking NOISE!!!!

There is a weird clicking noise underneath my Explorer whenever i accelerate past 3,000 rpms.....Im not sure what the problem is. Can you please HELP

Do searches for both pinging and ticking in the "under the hood" forum. You will find a wealth of info and options. My '93 is also a pinger / ticker but I am slowly narrowing it down.
