weird whistle

There is a noise when I cut my ex off. It a hissing the a whistle like blowing on a bottle. It's comming from the upper back of the engine. The hiss lasts for about4-5 seconds followed by the whistle. Anyone else have this? Is it a gasket? Or what? Any Ideas. Thanks

it may have to do with your vaccume hoses or exhaust i would have to hear it for my self to be more sure.

by the way, how much is the hyper tech chip and why are you selling it

Im selling the chip mainly because I cant afford gas prices in my area. I took the chip out when premium was almost 2.00 a gal. and Im debating weather to keep it now that prices are getting more reasonable or to trade it for some nifty stuff.
