I bought the 02 yellow pioneer edition sport tac i was looking at and mentioned in the other post. it's a 2002 with 77,000 miles. I love it! Spent the day working on it. Did a lot of work underneath to get rid of some rust then i got it all detailed outside and inside, tomorrow i work on the engine.

so on to the pics...

-----Yes i know the floor mats look nasty, but after what i did to them that stain would have come out if it was coming out. ill get some carpet dye eventually and fix it---

yes, again the engine is nasty...i dont trust dealerships to detail like i can

You need to get the outstanding RECALL done ASAP. 05S28 Cruise Switch = FIRE hazard!

hehe it was done today at 3:30... i left the car lot and went straight to the ford dealer.. i had the appt with ford before i gave the salesman the check. or did you not notice the blue tag in my engine pic?

Steve, what's the difference between the 05s28 and the 09s09 recall?

You're right I didn't notice the blue tag. I should be more observant!

i have no idea on the wattage. :yelexp:

i turned it up all the way the other day...still crystal clear at that volume. Im thankful i was smart enough to open the windows before i did it...that sub is "the little sub that could." thats what ive always loved about pioneer, not super beefy, but damn clear sound.

loaded generally means more options like power seats, leather, a full length console. stuff like that

Does anyone know if the stereo from the Pioneer edition (as pictured in this thread) can have the display repaired? I have the same Pioneer in my 02 and the display is completely out. Head Unit works fine otherwise.
