does that makes sence? I know that aviators are V8 explorers.... but are they more? Why can't I swap out my cass/cd combo and install (or have installed) a factory nav unit. I am almost sure it would fit, and the 06+ Explorers can be upgraded to nav as I have read on here (that is the newer generation nav can be swapped out with minimal fuss). I understand its not just a simple swap- but is there too much more??? anyone investigate.. You can get these aviator/old navigator nav units for just under $400 on ebay... im not technologically advanced enough to try this. I can't change my oil. Help... or what do you think...!???
