What hose is this?

Anyone have any idea what this hose is called? It’s cracked about a foot and a half long and goes back near the fire wall (in the dead center of both photos hose on the right horizontal to the other pipe with a plastic cover)

Small gray hose is the VacuumToClose line from left to that junk plastic HeaterControlBallValve on the right.
Not sure which hose; if you can, use Paint\PhotoShop to red circle the problem hose.
Someone more familiar with 4.6L engine?
