What is the best 4" Suspension Lift?

Hi, I have a 1992 Explorer and I am looking for a 4" suspension lift. Does anyone know what the best or good quality manufacture for this and around how much would it cost?

Also, what different types of steering stabilizers are out there, and how much would they cost?
