I am going to be installing an entire system in my 2001 sport and wanted to know what everyone thinks is the best sub to go in the pocket. I want a 10 and so far I think I am going ot get the Rockfor Fosgate 10inch HE2 with the 500.2 power amp. What do you think?

HE2's happens to be a very good speaker but i have never heard it in a stealth box. im using a 10" 2ohm solo baric and it sucks. i recommend the JL 10w6.

Explorer99 has it right.

Fiberglass Stealthbox with a 10w6.

You'll never want anything else.

Except maybe some Dynamat.

I plan on using dynomat throught the entire truck. That will really help the truck sound good. I bought the Rockford HE2 and stealth box for the bass. For the doors I bought Rockford Fanatic X 5 1/4"s for the front doors and back seats. To run everything I have the Rockford 500.2 for the sub, and 600.4 for the components. With a 1 Fa cap, 4 gauge Rockford power amp kit, dynomat extreme (a real ***** to use too.) For the star of the show a Kenwood KVT-910dvd that has 7inch touch screen and DTS decoding. I also have a PS2 to mount in the glove box with rf controllers. (I plan to play 4x4 evolution when I am sitting in traffic on 270, he he. Future plans will include two more lcd displays in the headrests for the back seaters. Just not enough money right now.
