2011 Explorer
New and just purchased a 2011 Explorer xlt. Found a wire connector attached to the back seat on outer seat frame track, mistake pulled one loose had to look other side to see how to connect it back. It has about 4 or 5 wires in plastic connector clipped to seat track and I cannot figure out what it does?
Help

It's most likely the wiring for the optional inflatable seat belts. There is a plastic holder at the base of the seat bracket. Ours has the wire but not the seat belt option.

No worries!

I have it too. Back 2 years ago. I heard some dealership offered heated seats in the mid row as an option? I'd really like to know what that wiring does because it's attached to the seat and it isn't used for anything.
