What was rigged on your explorer when you bought it
(This only pertains to people who bought theyre ex used lol)
(Any gen, any year :p)

On my 92, they "attemped" a cherry bomb, it was the long skinny red one, and they had the damn thing held on with SCREW clamps, ill also ad that it was a USED cherrybomb, not even new, and had tons of holes rusted through it. One day when it snowed before school, I got there a little early, and did a SMOOTH donut, and the damn thing went flying across the parking lot, luckily no one was there, that was friggin embarrasing!

On my 95, theres some NO NAME cheap **** battery, and the terminals are not stock, but 2 different styles, and the wires' insulation was cut back about 1 1/2" and only about 1/2 an inch was actually secured into the terminal, now, lately when I wanna start it, the wires are barely touching, and it'l like "disconnect" so its like the batteries dead or something...

Ill have pics up in about 10 mins of the 95, I cant get any pics of the cherrybomb, obviously cus it fell off! I replaced catbacks with a nice DynoMax set.

What was rigged on yours? Show some pics!

Heres the battery connections: (I wasnt talking about the terminals on the battery, but the actual metal pieces that screw onto them with the wires)

Anyone? Im pretty much 100% sure there are some beaters out there....lol
(beaters turned into nice DD's)

My '01 ST had an obvious mark in the center console where a hole had been drilled for a switch, then filled and painted. Also I'm pretty sure it had a kill switch wired in to the inertia fuel cut-off that was removed and the wires were left under the floor covering. I'd still like to find the original owner of this ST for grins and giggles. Originally leased at Varsity Ford in 01.

Mine was lacking in a few areas. Never really had anything just held together or rigged up. Had a funny radio set up in it. lol it was pretty good haha

Other than that we did the work on mine before we bought it so it was taken care of as much as we could when we had it

Gus where are you from? I lived in Walled Lake for a while, right there by Varsity...
Im about 45 mins away now in Newport.

But why the hell would there be a toggle switch hooked into the fuel cut off?

Hah, that reminds me of when I had my taurus, I had hard-wired a power inverter into the center flip out console thing where it has the tape holder, and the 3 cup holders, cut a big square hole for the plug itself, then another smaller one a few inches down for the power switch for it, then took it out when I got my explorer, and never filled the holes or anything lmao.
