what would I need to inspect on a 2000 5.0

I'm looking for a second vehicle and have found a few explorers that might be a good fit for me. What would I need to inspect on a 2000 5.0 - found a blue one that looks like it might fit the bill, but it has 220k on the odo. Of course the salesman says it was "mechanic owned". What are known issues or typically failed parts? thanks!

Rear door handles (interior), ball joints, parking brake, blend door, sway bar end links, sagging rear end/gangsta lean.

What drdoom mentioned. Also, if it's an AWD make sure the front drive shaft is in place. If it's missing it usually means t-case/viscous coupling problems. Otherwise the V8's are pretty bullet proof and have a stronger transmission than the V6's. If well maintained it probably has at least another 100K in it.

Oh, all the 5.0L's seem to leak oil on the center catalytic converter (rear main seal) All mine do. Not that big of a deal.
