What's it worth?

I sold a guy a pair of speakers through Craigs List. He bought a pair of polk DB 570's from me and it turns out he drives a 2002 EX. His hu is taking a dump and he wants to buy the factory hu from my EX. It's the premium 6 disc changer from my 04. It appears that it will just plug right into his 02. How much are these worth? What would you ask for it?
