whats the cost

i bought a 2002 ford explorer about 6 months ago for a work vehicle. it was pretty damaged in the front end so i got it for cheap... anyway i was wandering how much it would be to switch it from 2 wheel drive to a 4x4 swap. and if it is worth it? thanks.

with a truck that new, it's gonna be a lot pricier than if you had a first gen, but you can still do it. what kinda budget do you have?

im not looking to spend over 2000 on the damn thing but if i have to i will i took it to a trail out of boulder and just with two wheel drive and alot of laughs i made it pretty good but i do have 31 inch swampers on it with 15psi.

thanks man. yea there is a lot of bone yard out here could prob do it that way. i was thinking prob a dana front transfer and a drive shaft would prob do
