Wheel Bearing or Wheel Stud Upgrades?

I have been doing alot of suspension upgrades turning my expo into a prerunner. I offroad at both slow and high speeds. I am also using wheel spacers in conjunction with my lift, so their is alot more stress on my speering arms aswell as wheel bearings and studs. Has anyone ever upgraded their wheel bearings or wheel studs? im looking to do either a custom or bolt on job. it doesnt matter. The other day my buddy at work upgraded his studs with new beefy ones. They looked like they came off of a super duty truck like a dodge 3500 Diesel. I think he had to drill his rotors and wheels to a bigger diameter to fit these huge studs. in the end it came out great and i wouldn't mind doing the same. Ideas anyone?
