Hey guys.

I had a 92 and then 93 exploder. I took the rear sway bars off both, and had built quick discos for the front. I had also done the shackles and F150 coil seats on both and was able to fit 32" BFG MT's. I had the 93 first and transferred it all to the 92 when I got the 92. It worked pretty well and flexed pretty good.

My question is, how well do the 95-01's do with the TT and Shackles. If I build the quick discos will it flex pretty well? My reason for asking is I am now looking for a 95-01 because I like the looks and the fact that I could get a V8 stock. I plan on WAY down the road doing a SAS. Would I still be a capable wheeler with say a rear locker and those minor mods?

Thanks for any input you guys may have...

My '98 does great off road. With the height from the F150 leafs, shackles and TT and I also have the 3.73LS rear a set of 31" mud tires the thing will go threw more than I have the nuts to put it threw.

Thanks man, Thats all I really needed to hear!

Keep in mind that ALL explorer V8s came factory 2wd or AWD. You can swap out a manual shift transfer case to get selectable 4x4 and low range, but IMO that's more work than a "minor" mod.

Would a BW 1354 bolt up? I have one on the side of my house...

Question??

-- If i do a reverse Torsion Twist(lowering) how much can i lower it? meaning how many inches?

off road with just a tt and shackles with 235 tires i did okay, i added add a leaf, and 31's, and it got even better ,
