Any noises when it feels bumpy? Need alittle more description of the symptoms.

when i engage in to 4 high while driving in snow it happens about every 15 to 20 sec

Are you driving below 15mph? Mine chugs when in 4x4 HIGH and I'm going slow...really slow

it does it at 5mph 45mph

Are you running same size tire with about the same amount of wear at all four corners?

You probably don't actually need it on and you're getting the same effect as driving on dry pavement. Only put it on when you have to. 4wd in snow doesn't mean you can drive faster than 2wd.

We don't have AWD where you can just set it on and drive around and have it kick in when needed. If you're just driving in 4wd because there's snow on the ground, you're destroying your truck.

That's my guess.
