Im just wondering, my 94 explorer hasnt been the greatest car latley, between blowing my transmission after having it a month, its only got 76,390 on it i changed the spark plugs with a friend about 3 weeks ago and then 3 days later it seemed like i was getting no power accelerating so i checked under the hood and felt the cables 2 of the nuged off the spark plug somehow, HOW DID THIS happen, they were really hard to get off when we changed the spark plugs so maybe we screwed the cable connector up becuase 2 do feel sorta loose should i get new ones? How many rpms should i be doing to accelerate at a fairly decent speed? i do about 2000 on average

I would replace the wires every time the plugs are changed.

which should be about every 60k.

yeah what alec said...but make sure and spend the money to get some good quality plugs/wires. i recommend the jacobs wires and the motorcraft double platinum plugs! they work great
