Where can I buy Aerostar headliner retainers?

I've pulled the front section of my light grey headliner out. I'm ready to scrape the old lining off the board then glue the replacement material I got at Pep Boys on.

The headliner board's original plastic push-in panel retainers are shot. They have a head that's 1 1/4" or 31 mm in diameter and they're approximately 3/4" or 20 mm long to go through a quarter inch hole.

The closest thing I can find at the major parts stores' online sites is Dorman 700-398 interior panel retainers but their head is only 1" diameter and they only come in black. Those would stick out like a sore thumb in a light grey headliner. Anyone know of a source of light to medium grey retainers with the large diameter head?

A17381 is the part number. Ebay is cheaper but most ship from China which means 4-6 weeks lead time.

You're right about the ones from China. I bought a bunch of the smaller ones for the door panels from a China Ebay seller. Very reasonably priced and they worked fine. But about 3 weeks delivery time.
