Anyone please tell me where to find oil pressure sender. My gauge pegs at max pressure. I want to check wiring, etc. but can't locate the sender.

Thanks for any info.

If its an OHV motor it will be on the drivers side of the block, above the oil pan towards the front of the motor.

My engine is an overhead valve pushrod engine...it is not an overhead cam. Is the location of the sender still the same?

what you described is also called an OHV motor.. so what I described is correct for your engine..

Thank you... I had to be sure. I'm getting too old to be getting under a car if it is not necessary.
