Where to buy new 4R70W?

I'm looking to get a new 4R70W. I want to build it up or buy it that way. Is baumann the best choice or are there other places to get a new tranny for the truck?

ASP84 and ESPNFREAK have both bought new ones off eBay and have been happy with them.

Well.. the 6 seconds ESPN had his in the back of his truck.

ive heard good things about bauman but if you can build a tranny yourself the best thing to do is get one off ebay and just add a shift kit.... are you looking to build a performance one or are you looking to replace a failing one....

I'm planning on building a performance one to put in the ranger. I'd like something that doesn't need a rebuld as my tranny o/haul skills are "newbie"
