Which are the original spark plugs for a 2007 V6?
I'd like to replace the old ones and would like to replace with the same OEM spark plugs.
Drivers manual gives no info about this. Tells me to contact local dealer for spark plug change.

Ford updates their spark plugs frequently. Your Ford dealer will have the latest spark plug.

RockAuto lists the Motorcraft SP412 which is a nickel plug. But there are several more exotic plugs from other manufacturers.

As far as I know, original equipment is platinum.
The originals did a good job since 90,000 km.
I live in Germany. So no dealer to ask what's the right spark plug for the V6.

its impossible to put back oem spark plugs less you steal them from a brand new vehicle.

best you can do is get motorcraft. the real difference will be on the motorcraft both tips if you got platinum will have a platinum disc on them. oem's will only have 1 of the 2 sides with a platinum disc. depending on which bank they are.

I found this Autolite spark plug information for the 2006 - 2010 Ford Explorer V6 at autolite.com.
Easy to see, what Motorcraft spark plugs should also work for the V6.
