Which bolts go where, manual trans to 4.0 engine?

I have rebuilt entire engine and need to put manual transmission on the engine. There are several long, several medium bolts, one very short and a stud to mount the transmission to the engine. I can figure out some of them but can anyone tell me where the real short one goes and the stud? I think the short is used with the starter but just guessing. I'm doing this blind as I have done it from parts :>) Thanks

Damn, I used to know from when I did mine, but time has erased that bit of knowledge!
I'll move this to the transmission forum where you should get a real answer, and I'll rename it to help, too.
