Whistle under the hood.

OK I have read all the posts on this mystery under the hood whistle and up to this point I have cleaned the IAC which I noticed there was no gasket (it has not been off since the factory installed) replaced the belt tensioner and pulley checked for Vacuum leaks, Ford has spent 6 hours on this(?) and still at a steady 63 mph that no good mother F whistle is there loud as ever. Its not coming from the air box the sound is about 12:00 noon to 1:00 o'clock if your sitting in the driver seat or so it sounds. I have got it to do it in park but only once. Any ideas before I put the match to this.

I've moved your thread into the stock 2002-2005 section. Try a new IAC instead of cleaning the old one.

It turned out to be the Alternator replaced it and it stopped
