White 2013 Sport on order. I am new to site and posted a few minutes ago but I think in wrong forum (I think new member forum---ooops). I might need help from you guys on how to contact Crystal at Ford. Is this done with order number or wait a month till I get Vin. Ok will wait to hear back.

Thank you for the offer Crystal. I'm not worried about the order status because I'm having second thoughts about trading my current vehicle in. I figure if the Explorer arrives in the next 30 days I'll go through with the purchase otherwise I'll cancel my order and keep my car for a couple more years.

That's a long wait! I ordered on 1/12 and picked it up on 2/28.
