Why do the 99 and up Limited appear to have more clearance and height?

I always compare our 95 Limited to other newer Limiteds whenever we go somewhere and on the 99 and up models, they look like they have several more inches of ground clearance than mine. Is this because of a different type of suspension or because the bars and leafs are newer? Totally freaks me out....

That year limited I believe has a 16inch wheel and P255/70R16 tires. If you have a 15 inch rim and P235/75R15 tires then yes it will sit higher than yours. Suspension wise I highly doubt it has more travel.
