Winch bumper / guard for 2000 Ex?

Doesn't Warn make a Transformer brush guard/winch holder for 2nd gen Explorers? I am looking for something like that or a full on winch bumper. I have a 9k lbs. Warn winch and I want to put it on my new Explorer.

Also where can I get longer shackles for my Explorer? I would like to gain atleast 1" in the rear and I am gonna crank the t-bars and run some 31" TRXus on stock wheels.

Not sure if it is still going on but there was a group buy for a winch bumper for a 2nd gen. Search for "2nd gen tube works" or something like that. For the shackles, you can get Warrior's from desertrat.com
