Here's the deal. The washers for the wife's '07 Exploder don't work. The ride has +200k. So like a fool, I replaced the pump without diagnosing the system. The front wipers work. I checked and the pump has a good ground. With the switch held down, I get 0v at the pump. Does that mean I have to replace the entire wiper motor? All I have to diagnose this is a Haynes manual. Anyone have anything for me? The rear wiper has quit as well (about a year ago), but I'm hoping it's just seized and a teardown will get it running again.
