I've got an 04 XLT and a few days ago the wiper fluid stopped shooting out the nossels. Tank is full, i checked all the fuses, and still nothing. All the wipers work just fine, front and back, but no fluid comes out. Granted its been in the low teens here in PA, but i can't imagine the lines are froze. Is there a motor that controls with wiper fluid? Is there supposed to be somewhat of a noise you hear when you push the fluid button inside the vehicle...any and all help is much appreciated.

First vehicle?
There's a pump, and it makes noise. Make sure you check the under hood fuses and the in cab fuses. I'm pretty sure it's one pump for both the front and rear. It may be frozen. I would defrost in a garage if possible. If not then wait for warmer weather. If it's frozen and you keep trying you could cause problems.

I am having the same problem with just the rear nozzle. It makes noise but nothing comes out. I think I may have a clog somewhere along the way but its not an all that important thing to fix it. I just need to find time to trace the lines and find the clog. That will be fun. lol

Could be a bad MFS if you dont hear the motor trying to push it...

I have to have my wipers on setting 1 for my washers to work, along with wiggling the stick.

No, its not my first vehicle...just one of those things that you think you know, but aren't positive. Maybe the pump is just frozen, i'll try to de-thaw it somehow i guess.

ya, they freeze easy. Just speculating now, I've found through the years that the mix you buy in summer is different than winter. Now when it gets really cold i buy the stuff that is stored outside with the snow on it. . .at least you know that won't freeze. Stuff in doors maybe watered down a little.
